Truffle Sauce

Black truffle in extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavor of any dish.


Heat the sauce for 5 minutes in the pan after adding some salt and extra virgin olive oil: use it as a condiment for a good first course of spaghetti or spread it on croutons, toasts, pizza with mozzarella.

We recommend to use a quantity of 15-20 g of sauce per person.
