Direct from our vineyards. Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. Maturing in barrels of various precious woods. There is no other ingredient. Only time. An expectation. At least 25 years of rest in silence, meditating on one virtue: that of the purest pleasure. Absolute.

This product is the grandfather of all the balsamics. Around only 90,000 bottles are produced every year. Acetomodena was born many decades ago making this product.
This product is obtained from grapes of Trebbiano and Lambrusco from the province of Modena. Slow fermentation and long aging in wooden barrels are the only processes permitted by the rules of production which were drawn up in 1986 and received recognition in 2000 by the European Community and DOP regulations. The only container permitted for European sales of ABTM is the special glass bottle designed by G. Giugiaro which must be used by all manufacturers of ABTM.
Extravecchio (characteristics of an aging of at least 25 years of age). The colour must be shiny brown. Both are thick, dark and velvety.
