Starting from the traditional recipe of the Mantuan Sbrisolona, ​​the Ferron family created the Sbrisolona del Piloto, a gluten-free dessert to which Rice flour gives crispness and delicate taste. It is best appreciated at the end of the meal, as a sweet accompaniment to coffee, perhaps wet with a drizzle of grappa.
