The Verdicchio by Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore is the result of several controls over our vineyards, with a harvest based upon quality and very low yields per hectare. Taste-olfactory intensities of this excellent product, synthesis of the oenologic evolution of Marche region, enable to have very pleasing tastings. Softness, body and fineness exalt combinations with rich sea dishes and the structure of Verdicchio is extolled by white mean dishes, fresh and average mature cheese.
