Our Muscovado and Cinnamon Biscuit is Infermentum’s take on the classical tea biscuit. As tradition demands, we use butter and cinnamon coupled with a sugar with a decisive character.

We chose dark and unrefined muscovado cane sugar with a percentage of molasses that brings a special flavour and a hint of liquorice.

‘00’ soft wheat flour, butter, muscovado cane sugar (15%), cane sugar, milk, leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), cinnamon powder (0.4%), salt.
