Our Muscovado and Cinnamon Biscuit is Infermentum’s take on the classical tea biscuit. As tradition demands, we use butter and cinnamon coupled with a sugar with a decisive character.
We chose dark and unrefined muscovado cane sugar with a percentage of molasses that brings a special flavour and a hint of liquorice.
