Our Lemon Biscuit is the talk of any tea break for its light and flaky consistency. Made from shortbread pastry, it is egg-free and flavoured with cold pressed lemon essential oil.
We are particularly proud of this last ingredient because cold pressing brings a note of freshness that remains intact after baking.
We suggest it as a tea biscuit, but it is also perfect for a late night infusion or tasting a glass of Limoncello.
