It inherits name and elegance from its cradle: an exquisite hill plot. An elegance perceived on a sensorial level in its fine floral shades and green apple taste and in its long persistence. The balance between acidic and sapid flavours is particularly appreciated. A peculiar wine of excellent quality.
Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG “Rive di Col San Martino” is made from 100% Glera grapes. Its vineyards grow on a specific hill terroir with a good exposition to the sun on the south. Adding to this the thorough care and the long time it takes to go through the production process, it is easily understandable how this wine represents the highest achievable quality as Prosecco.
Strength of 11° and sugar residue of 4 g/l. A floral aroma stands out, of green apple first and peach in the end.
Once tasted, it offers a good sapidity and a beautiful sourness. The delicacy of its perlage makes it particularly suitable for fish courses.
