Pesto di Paccasassi
Sauce based on crushed sea fennel. Its flavor is typical of spaccasassi, intense and light, accompanied by a light note of anchovies.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, 30% skewers, lemon juice, anchovies (PESCE), salt, garlic, pepper.
