Low fermentation brown beer.
To the nose you can hear notes of roasted and caramelized malts reminiscent of chocolate and cappuccino. In the mouth one can appreciate the fullness of Carafa malt but with a dry and refreshing finish. The taste then evolves into the mouth, leaving room for the taste of dark chocolate well balanced with traditional German hops.

Color: dark red, tending to black (EBC 76)
Foam: plenty of cappuccino color
Aroma: hints of cereals, notes of roasted malt reminiscent of sweet coffee, you can appreciate the slightly herbaceous aroma of traditional hops
Taste: the light and clean taste of bread leaves room in the finish with strong hints of caramelized and slightly roasted malts. Of light body that remains in the final.
