From the tradition and love for pasta, the maccheroncino di Gragnano
is born. The semolina coming from the wheat grown only in the protected geographical area is mixed with water obtaining a single dough, followed by drawing with bronze molds and a slow drying.
Seasoned with Umbrian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and tomato sauce or cherry tomatoes matured on the plant, sprayed by the warm rays of the Campania sun, a sensational dish is born.
All this can be accompanied by an excellent ruby-red Veneto wine with garnet reflections, with an intense and very fruity nose. Very balanced in the mouth with hints of fruit (ripe cherry, plum and red fruits). An impeccable enogastronomic journey!
