Tasting notes: scarlet ruby-red colour with subtle garnet nuances, and a powerful, rich nose featuring blackberry jam and plum, with ethereal and spicy notes that grow in intensity with the passing of time. Plenty of body and structure on the mouth, with an intriguing, warm taste.
Food recommendation:at is very best served with more demanding dishes, such as red meats - including stews - and mature cheeses.
