The Komposta is a new version of a Giardiniera with an enveloping taste that will allow you to create fast, imaginative and original dishes.
Small vegetables, cut by hand and without added preservatives, give off intense aromas and aromas, wrapped in a pleasant taste of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil. The Komposta is easily combined with grilled white meats and fish with fishbone but gives the best of itself even when served on a simple toast. Also excellent as a dressing for pasta or rice salads.
