Color: straw-yellow with coppery reflections, abundant froth and extremely fine perlage
Nose: prevailed the green walnut husk in addition to biscuit and laurel
Palate: complex structure and solid on the palate, dry, the only concessions to the sweet are the memories of the fruit and a light final of vanilla, the acidic vein is lashing, resistant and persistent
