Flaminio pitted olives in extra-virgin olive oil

Olio Flaminio

Flaminio Olives, of the Leccino variety, are grown in Italy and carefully selected. They are briefly soaked in brine and then pitted and immersed in extra-virgin olive oil to create a condiment that can be used in a large variety of ways.

With their characteristic rich and slightly bitter flavour they are perfect for adding to salads, a must for pizza, and perfect for aperitifs, but they are also great in sauces or paired with meat or baked fish.
