Gran Cima is a cheese made from whole cow’s milk.
It’s an exceptional mountain product which, thanks to the expertise of skilled cheesemakers, is aged in the cellars of Croce dello Schioppo.
Ageing periods vary, and in some cases may be more than 18 months.
How to enjoy it
Thinly sliced and accompanied by onion compote.
