Flavor:the fresh and acid sensations are balanced by a softness of vanilla and, more to the nose, of ripe apple, which fills and accompanies the palate for a long time; the ending of the mouth, however, returns to be lashing and gritty
Food recommendation:Recommended as an aperitif, it goes very well with elaborate dishes - with sauces and bottoms, but without tomatoes - based on fish and white meats.
