Color: golden yellow with marked green vein, foamy consistency and fine and persistent perlage
Nose: prevailing are the sensations of white fruit, but also of green walnut husk: straight and clean
Palate: complex structure and solid on the palate, dry, the only concessions to the sweet are the memories of the fruit and a light final of vanilla, the acidic vein is lashing, resistant and persistent
Food recommendation: on delicate dishes, fish, perfect with the sweet vein of shellfish, but also on risotto.
Serving temperature: Chill to about 10° C.
