Color: straw-yellow with light green hint, abundant froth and extremely fine perlage
Flavor: the fresh and acid sensations are balanced by a soft hint of vanilla and, more to the nose, of apple, which fills and accompanies the palate for a long time; the ending of the mouth, however, returns to be gritty.
Food recommendation: ideal as an aperitif, accompanied by cold cuts and dishes based on fish and white meats.
Serving temperature: Chill to about 8° C.
