Grape varieties: Single varietal Ribolla Gialla, Ersa 180 clone.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color, slightly greenish. Floral and fragrant scent, dry, fresh, light flavor, but with good persistence in the mouth.
Food recommendation: An excellent wine with cold starters, with sour lemon sauces, soups and vegetable based first courses, creams and soft fish.
Serving temperature: Ideal serving temperature, 10 – 12 °C. Wine preferably served in a classic tulip shaped glass.
