Falerio Pecorino Doc
This wine is composed of 85% Pecorino grape and 15% of other white wine grapes from Marche Region, cultived in a soil rich of microelements.
After a soft whole bunch pressing and controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation, the maturation takes places for some months in bottle.
Brilliant yellow colour. Refined fragrance, embracing and persistent floral notes.
The flavour has white fruit and almond notes Fresh and persistent.
A good match for baked vegetables, appetizers and sea food first dishes. It goes well also with white meats. Serving temperature: 8° -10° C.
