"IL MORAIOLO" 500ml (Frantoio Ciarletti UMBRIA)
Medium fruity. It is a limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, rich in fragrant hints of sage and rosemary, together with vegetal notes of artichoke and chicory. Its taste is complex and fine, with a flavour of country lettuce and a definite finish of black pepper and almond. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is definite.
Ogliarola Garganica 500ml (Frantoio Buondioli PUGLIA)
FRUITY: Medium - Intense COLOR: Intense green with shades of golden PERFUME: Elegant and complex, characterized by large vegetal notes. TASTE: Balanced, slightly bitter with a strong and persistent spicy: pleasant elements especially if used on raw vegetables. Rich in vegetable tones of artichoke, almond, tomato and freshly cut grass.
Taggiasca 500ml (Frantoio Aicardi LIGURIA)
Cold extraction. Sweet and delicate on the palate, with hints of almond and artichoke. Excellent for raw condiments but its delicacy makes it perfect on any preparation.
