The Baba is typical of the neapolitan bakers with its antique origins. It is prepared and set to rise in a tin shaped like a cone, baked in a very hot oven and it becomes amber colored with the typical mushroom shape.
The products of the area are combined to create the perfect Baba with lemon. The best way to taste it is, to leave roe a few minutes to absorb the liqueur.
