In the heart of Umbria (Gualdo Cattaneo) DOP producing area, the Bacci family are committed to producing top quality extra virgin olive oils that achieve balance, harmony and complexity that can only come from experience, dedication and passion. Now, in its third generation, Noemio, named after his grandfather, looks after his 36 hectares (11.000 trees), cultivar with the same passion and commitment combining the latest technologies with respect for tradition and the environment.

BIOL – Bari, Italy Three-hundred and fifty producers coming from more than 17 different countries, from the all five continents, undergo each year the accurate test of the of international tasting panels and qualified laboratories selected by BIOL to offer each year a complete overview, reliable and updated, of the worldwide sector of organic olive.
