Cheese 'Garzon' 6 months: This cheese is stored for several months at a controlled temperature. This period is enough to develop the body of the cheese which remains delicate while acquiring a range of ﬂavours. 500gr
Cima Tenero: Minimum aging: 25 days.
White or slightly straw-yellow paste with small and evenly diffused holes.
Thin and elastic rind, more or less intense with the progress of ripening.
Taste of the "Cima": Intense but pleasant taste, if consumed at short ripening, clearly tastier with the prolongation of the seasoning. 500gr
Taste of the "Caciotta dolce a pasta tenera": Tending to sweet, if consumed at short maturation, clearly more intense with the prolongation of seasoning. 700gr
