Spaghetti with Fresh Peas and Broad Beans

Italian Recipes Spaghetti Pasta



First of all, shell broad beans and peas. And then cleanse, wash and drain aromatic herbs.

In the meantime, clean and slice onions, and brown them in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Add beans, stir all the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes with the lid on.

Whisk basil leaves, chives, cheese, salt and a drizzle of oil, obtaining a homogeneous compound (pesto).

Cook pasta al dente. Pour into a bowl, mix with the pesto, then add peas and broad Stir it again, pepper and serve spaghetti immediately.
