It is an organic mustard produced in Trentino Alto Adige that, with its sweetness, is ideal to accompany goat’s cheese and vaccines with soft and slightly aged. It also goes perfectly with Weisswurst Valdivù Natural Sausages and all smoked boiled meats such as tacks, pork loin, shin or muscoletto.
