The flavor is medium spicy and with whole mustard grains, has more rustic texture and taste. Try it with Valdivù Smaraner Natural Sausages, rye bread and a cold beer. It is also suitable for marinating, to accompany grilled meats and enrich sauces and condiments. It is produced by hand in Trentino Alto-Adige.
