Midnight Line

The Midnight line is a tribute to “Cacio e Pepe”, a typical recipe of the Roman culinary tradition known all over the world. Hybrid plate, characterized by a flat surface inside which a concave handle arises, the section of which is obtained by rotating a spoon with respect to a central axis. The half-moon-shaped loop, inside which the cream flows, allows you to easily wrap any type of long-format pasta and recover the sauce, for a perfect bite.
